R.GEE SERVICES was founded by Bob Gee, whose career in the accident repair industry began as a 15-year-old apprentice panel beater. By his mid-20s, Bob was managing a busy bodyshop, honing his leadership skills while maintaining his hands-on technical knowledge. Over the decades, he has worked across the industry, building a deep understanding of operational challenges and compliance demands.
For the last several years, Bob has worked for one of the leading independent accident repair networks in the UK, overseeing multiple manufacturer approvals, alongside compliance with BS 10125 and the implementation of ISO 14068-1:2023. Now, he leads R.GEE SERVICES with the same commitment to excellence, offering consultancy services that blend real-world experience with up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and environmental regulations.

Bob Gee brings over four decades of hands-on experience and leadership in the accident repair industry. Starting his career as an apprentice panel beater at just 15, Bob quickly developed a reputation for technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. By his mid-20s, he was managing a busy bodyshop, combining practical expertise with strong team leadership.
Over the years, Bob’s career has spanned every aspect of the vehicle repair sector, from workshop operations to strategic management, overseeing standards, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
Today, as Managing Director of R.GEE SERVICES, Bob applies his deep industry knowledge and proven track record to help businesses achieve and maintain compliance - from carbon emissions reporting to motor industry accreditations.
